INGREDIENTS: 2 oz. frozen spinach 1 cup mayonnaise 4 tablespoons sour cream 2 tablespoons light olive oil 2 tablespoons dried parsley 2 teaspoons lemon juice 1 tablespoon dried dill 1 teaspoon onion powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
COOKING DIRECTIONS: 1. Thaw out the frozen spinach, making sure to remove any of the excess liquid. 2. After the spinach has thawed completely place it in a bowl. Mix in the dry ingredients in with the spinach. Then add in the remaining ingredients. 3. Let the mixture stand for about 10 minutes before serving.
