INGREDIENTS: 1 egg 3/4 cup grated mozzarella 2 tablespoons almond flour 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon oregano 2 tablespoons unsalted butter COOKING DIRECTIONS: 1. Turn on your waffle maker and lightly spray it with grease. 2. Beat egg in a bowl, then add in 1/2 mozzarella, almond flour, salt, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, and oregano. Mix until combined. 3. Using a spoon, add the batter to your waffle maker and spread evenly so that it fills all of the crevices. Close the lid and cook about 5 minutes. 4. Once cooked, removed from waffle maker and cut into four strips. 5. Mix the butter with the remaining 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder. Then spread over the top of the chaffle. 5. Sprinkle the 1/4 cup of remaining mozzarella over the chaffle and place under the broiler until the cheese has melted. Serve immediately.
